Hi. I’m George and I’m a motivational video junkie.
Can you relate?
Not sure?
Well, you know you’re a motivational video (or audio) junkie if you’ve listened to them in all different settings, situations, and times of the day.
I’m talking about:
- Listening in the shower
- In the car when you’re driving alone
- At the gym, while everyone else is listening to music
- Listening while sorting laundry or unloading the dishwasher
- While mowing the lawn
- When you’re in the kitchen getting your kids food for the 15,000th time today
- And especially listening right after you wake up to jump-start your day
There’s no better time to watch a motivational video than first thing in the morning.
That’s when your subconscious mind is most receptive and impressionable. Which makes it the perfect state of mind … a double-edged sword if you will.
Meaning, not only are you more likely to retain a positive mental state throughout the day, the motivational speeches will also jump-start your energy levels, mindset, and overall motivation for the day.
Sometimes I open YouTube and click on an inspirational video compilation before getting out of bed. It helps me feel motivated enough to get up and face the day.
If you have to get kids up for school, an extra long morning routine, or an extra busy day ahead of you in general, you know how it is.
It could be hours before you get time to work on your own goals or do the things you want to do. The kinds of activities that get you energized and motivated once you start doing them.
I’m talking about your hobbies, passion projects, blog, or business.
But what about everything else?
Finding something exciting to wake up and do first thing doesn’t work for everyone.
And neither do most of the hour long, self-care based morning routines you read about. At least not when you have kids that wake up when you do…
…no matter how many “15 minute intervals” earlier you set your alarm.
I’m not saying those techniques don’t work for some people, I’m sure they do. But the rest of us can benefit from a little morning motivation.
“Not everyone is born with motivation. There is a severe lack in some who believe ‘I’ll get to that one day’ or ‘the timing isn’t right’ or a classic case of ‘I can’t do that’.
Motivation is the defining factor that turns a good thought into immediate action. It turns a good idea into a business and can positively impact the world around you.”
Why Are Motivational Speakers Important?
People listen to motivational speakers for a variety of reasons. They can help you with just about any life, business, relationship, or personal development obstacle you might be having.
For example, you’re afraid to get started, or you don’t feel “ready”, or even if you just can’t motivate yourself to get enough done in the morning … inspiring and empowering speeches can help jump-start your brain.
Motivational speeches can:
- Pick you up when you’re feeling low on energy or emotionally down
- Make you feel good about yourself, accept yourself, and see the value in your uniqueness
- Show you that you have something to offer the world that no one else does
- Fire you up to take action and get things done, especially when you’re feeling unmotivated
- Remind you why you got started in the first place
- Help you recommit to your goals and dreams
- Remind you that success in life takes resilience
Everyone gets knocked down. But the only way to reach your goals is to get up each time and keep moving forward no matter what obstacles you face.

Are you ready to check out the 22 motivational YouTube channels?
Below, you’ll find a wide range of channels, so it should be easy to find at least a handful that are perfect for you.
I’ve arranged the 22 Motivational YouTube channels in alphabetical order because, honestly, I couldn’t think of another logical way to sort them.
Some channels have millions of subscribers while others have only tens of thousands. A handful of the channels are from extremely famous people and others are run by people you’ve never even heard of.
But none of that is relevant when it comes to how inspirational, educational, or motivational their videos are or how much of a positive effect they’ll have on your life.
22 channels… Why not more or less?
No direct reason really. At first it was just a number that felt right. But then it occured to me to look up the meaning of repeating 2’s. And this is what I found…
“The number 22 is considered as one of the most powerful numbers, able to turn all dreams and desires into reality.
The number 22 is a number of precision and balance. In its full capacity, this number is the master builder, which means that it provides the power to achieve almost impossible things.”
Needless to say, I was sold!
Make sure you bookmark or pin this page so you don’t have to try to remember the names of all of these YouTube channels.
One of the best things about YouTube’s algorithm is once you watch and subscribe to enough of a certain type of video, YouTube will start suggesting more of the same.
Which means you’ll have motivational videos on your feed right when you open the app!
You won’t have to search for them. Making it quick and easy for the morning.
Note: In some of the compilation style video’s descriptions you can find the names of the speakers, and links to their channels. Giving you even more channels to follow.
